School Director Robert Schiappacasse is an education leader with decades of experience in Waldorf education. His previous experience includes serving as Director of the Greenwood School in Mill Valley, California; President at Sunbridge College; and Administrative Director of the Shining Mountain Waldorf School in Boulder, Colorado for 13 years. Robert has served on several Association of Waldorf Schools of North America (AWSNA) committees, and done extensive work with independent school leadership. He joins us as Director in May of 2011.
Joe O’Regan has been appointed School Director (Interim) for the 2010-2011 school year.  Joe is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants and has been at the school eight years serving as the school’s Finance Director. Joe’s interests include beekeeping, biodynamic farming, and hiking tall mountains with friends and family. Joe is also the treasurer for the Lexington Non Profit Net Inc, an organization that supports local non-profits. 
 
Admissions Director Tuija Voutilainen
is originally from Finland.  Tuija ("Too-ya") is a member of the College of Teachers and has been our Admissions Director for over a decade.
 
 
Luana Preston is a member of the school's Governance Council for 2010-2011.  Our indispensable Office Manager, Luana is often the first person to greet new families when they connect with the school.
 
 
Holly Kania is our Outreach & Communications Director. She works to support the school by representing us to the broader community, cultivating a greater understanding of our education.
