3. What were your biggest surprises as a parent new to Waldorf education, both in the beginning and as you experienced different programs and grades through the years?
4. Do you see a difference between festivals in The Waldorf School and the concept of multiculturalism and diversity? How do you understand these differences?
5. Anthroposophy is the underlying foundation of Waldorf education and the curriculum. Is this a source of tension in general? Do you have any suggestions of how to maintain the integrity of this foundation without creating misunderstandings or feelings of offence or exclusion?

Please give us your thoughts about what you find or have found to be missing in the school’s existing out-reach and in-reach activities and materials, admissions process, parent education, etc. What process might be more helpful in the long run for new parents – informative and clear, but also open and welcoming?
