Community Classifieds Guidelines:
- Community members (current/former parents, students, alumni, current/past faculty, board members, & staff) may advertise a product for a three week period. After three weeks, listings will be removed from the classifieds unless the classifieds editor receives an email request to extend the listing for another three weeks.
- Community members may advertise a business or service for a three week period free of charge. Extended listings for the same business or service beyond the initial three weeks will require an advertising fee of $10 per month, accompanied by completion of the online advertising registration form.
- Advertisers who are not current or past community members, but are arms-length friends of the community, are welcome to place listings in the community classifieds at the rate of $10 per calendar month. The online advertising registration form and appropriate fee must be received by the school before advertising will be published.
- Community classifieds is a service provided by the Waldorf School of Lexington for the benefit of the school community. Advertising fees help underwrite the cost of administrating the service.

Help Struggling Children in Guatemala The Waldorf 6th grade Spanish class has written letters in Spanish to a group of Guatemalan children and now we need your help to collect school supplies and sporting equipment to bring along with the letters. My name is Robert Carlson and I am a parent of a Waldorf graduate and sometime substitute gym teacher. I am heading to Guatemala to volunteer with elementary school children during the month of August. Not only will I be carrying the letters from our local 6th graders, but we are also looking for new or used sporting equipment such as soccer/handballs, jump-ropes, or other small equipment. We also need any school supplies to donate to the kids down there. You can bring donations to the school and drop off with Magnolia or Lucia Caetano in the kitchen. We greatly appreciate any and all donations. 5/28/2010
