Early Childhood: Nursery & Kindergarten
Play's the thing...
Imaginative play is at the heart of a child's experience in nursery and kindergarten classes at Waldorf School of Lexington. Our Early Childhood classrooms provide a warm, home-like environment in which children learn to explore the world joyfully and with confidence. Stories, songs, and puppet plays along with painting, cooking, building activities, and outdoor play help nourish the imagination and give children a sense of purpose.
