Our two afterschool programs give parents and guardians the option to extend the school day until 3:00 or 6:00 p.m. For WSL students in grades 1–5, who are dismissed at 12:30 p.m. on Thursdays, we offer afterschool care from 12:30–3:00 p.m.

Early Childhood Aftercare Program
Our Aftercare Program, for nursery and kindergarten students enrolled at the Waldorf School of Lexington, gives parents the option to extend the school day until 3:00 p.m. or until 6:00 p.m.
12:30–3:00 p.m.; and up until 6:00 p.m.

Afterschool Program Terms
Afterschool Program Registration covers the entire school year; however, schedule adjustments and enrollments (space permitting) are only offered each semester during the following windows:
Fall: Sept 15-Oct 1 | Winter: January 18-24 | Spring: April 17-23
The 2023-24 Afterschool program begins on Friday, September 8, 2023. Families may terminate their child's Aftercare enrollment at anytime (refunds are not retroactive). Families will be billed via FACTS—payment options include:
Full one-time payment due October 15
Two payments, the first due October 15 and the second February 15
